1. Definition of "personal information"
   We define any and all information that allows the identification of a specific individual as personal information.
2. Gathering, use and provision of personal information
   In the event that we gather personal information on a customer, an employee or any other individual, we will gather and use such information only to the extent necessary after providing a notice clearly stating the purpose of gathering to, and then obtaining consent from, such individual. Moreover, unless there is any special circumstance, we will not disclose or make available to any third parties any information gathered from an individual without obtaining consent from such individual.
3. Outsourcing of the handling of personal information
   In the event that we outsource the handling of personal information, we will select a business operator meeting an adequate level of personal information protection in accordance with the subcontractor selection criteria established by us and then enter into an agreement with the selected business operator stipulating the business operator’s obligation not to divulge personal information or commit any similar acts.
4. Undertaking of the handling of personal information
   In the event that we are entrusted with the handling of personal information, we will strictly manage, and use to the extent contractually agreed upon, such information.

Appropriate management of personal information

We will keep gathered personal information accurate and updated, implement reasonable safety measures to prevent the unauthorized use, loss, falsification, divulging, etc. thereof, and take corrective actions as necessary.

Compliance with laws and norms

We will comply with laws and other norms related to personal information. We will also ensure that our protection of personal information complies with such laws and other norms and handle personal information in accordance with the provisions thereof.
